Premium Battery System
We are taking reservations for our Premium Battery System for the 2012 Fisker Karma. Our system will have double the capacity of the 2012 Fisker Karma. It is estimated to be less than $19,500 (less than $16,500 for PowerSource TOM owners).
Reservation Refund Policy
The Reservation Deposit is fully refundable by us to you at any time (for example, if you choose to cancel or abandon your reservation, or if we decline to maintain you as a reservation holder). This Agreement does not constitute an agreement for the sale of a Premium Battery System for the 2012 Fisker Karma by PowerSource and does not lock in pricing, a production slot, or an estimated delivery date. You are under no obligation to purchase a Premium Battery System for the 2012 Fisker Karma by PowerSource from us, and we are under no obligation to supply you with a Premium Battery System for the 2012 Fisker Karma by PowerSource. If and when we notify you of the availability of a Premium Battery System for the 2012 Fisker Karma by PowerSource and you wish to proceed with the purchase of a Premium Battery System for the 2012 Fisker Karma by PowerSource, such sale and purchase will be governed by a separate and legally binding Purchase Agreement between you and us or between you and an Authorized Reseller.
Warranty
Seller warrants that its products sold hereunder will at the time of shipment be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Seller’s applicable specifications, or if appropriate, to Buyer’s specifications accepted by Seller in writing. If products sold hereunder are not as warranted, Seller shall, at its sole option, refund the purchase price, repair, or replace the product, provided proof of purchase and written notice of non-conformance is received by the seller within one (1) year from date of initial shipment, and provided said nonconforming products are, with Seller’s written authorization, returned FOB Seller’s warranty, Seller will pay the cost of transporting such replacement of repaired goods to Buyer within 48 United States. This warranty shall not apply to any products Seller determines have been, by Buyer or otherwise, subjected to testing for other than specific electrical characteristics or to operating and/or testing, repair, alteration, damage, use by any user other than retail end user, assembly or processing that alters physical or electrical properties. The warranty excludes all costs of shipping, customs clearance and related charges outside the contiguous 48 United States.
Warranty is strictly for vehicle with BL520 software. We also offer beta TOM for vehicles with BL530 and BL535 software upon request without warranty.
PowerSource LLC IS IN NO SHAPE, WAY OR FORM AFFILIATED WITH THE BANKRUPT ENTITY FISKER AUTOMOTIVE OR THE CHINESE OWNED ENTITY - KARMA AUTOMOTIVE.

IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS TO END USER CUSTOMER ONLY AND NOT TO ANY OEM OR COMMERCIAL USERS OF PRODUCTS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS.
